The goods ordered by you are sent via proven courier companies UPS, DPD, GLS, InPost, Nova Post. We also deliver parcels to Paczkomaty. We ship within Poland, Ukraine and the European Union. You can pick up most items free of charge at our warehouse. We offer proven logistics solutions.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please note:
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT FOR DAMAGE.
You can easily return an item purchased from us by contacting us at clients@flymore.shop. Please indicate your order number and the reason for returning the goods in the letter. You can also send a photo if the product was damaged or if it is not what you ordered.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The termination period expires after 14 days from the date you took possession of the goods or when a third party other than the carrier named by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (clients@flymore.shop) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
According to current legislation, you have 30 days to return the goods. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us within 30 days of the termination of the contract.
NOTE: after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, no return is possible.
Returning activated equipment
If you want to return goods that require activation (e.g. DJI, Autel) due to their specifications, we kindly ask you to use them carefully. With the activation of the device, it is registered in the manufacturer's system, which results in the activation of the warranty period it is covered by. In the case of returning an activated product, due to a decrease in its value, we reserve the right to refund the amount in part (in accordance with Article 34 point 4 of the Act on Consumer Rights).
